Sample Design

Cross-sectional. Stratified systematic probability sample designed to measure consumer sales across major markets, regions, and the United States.

Sample Size

Products in more than 70 merchandise aisles and 10 departments in approximately 48,000 stores (InfoScan Tracking Service) and 12,500 convenience stores (AllScan Convenience Store Tracking).
